Witt represents injured people and small businesses throughout the Southeast.
Witt's practice is entirely devoted to civil litigation, with an emphasis on personal injury, breach of contractual agreements, deceptive trade practices, and product liability. Additionally, Witt litigates class actions involving mass torts on behalf of individuals injured by medical devices and pharmaceuticals.
After graduating from the University of Alabama, Witt went on to attend the University of Mississippi School of Law. While at Ole Miss, he was a member of the Trial Advocacy Board where he served as Vice-Chair and competed throughout the Southeast. Witt also assisted low-income clients throughout Mississippi with custody and guardianship matters while participating in the Child Advocacy Clinic at the University of Mississippi School of Law. Witt joined Montgomery Ponder in 2018.
Witt is a member of the Birmingham Bar Association, Alabama Association for Justice, and a member of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention Junior Board in Birmingham. When he’s not practicing law, he enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and when time allows, playing golf.
